Medieval Viking Battle Belt Leather Pattern PDF - DXF Template

Leather pattern DFX and PDF file (A4 and US LETTER) for medieval style Viking battle belt. The belt is fastened with four buckles. The belt is available in 5 different sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL.
IMPORTANT:
Each belt consists of two sections: a front section and a back section. Sizes S to XXL refer to the back section of the belt. The front section is the same for all sizes.

- The PDF file contains REAL SIZE PATTERNS for every piece required to complete the design.

- Print 100% size

- Pattern is designed for hand stitching

I recommend using thick natural leather 7-8 Oz ( 2.8 - 3.0mm) thick Vegetable Tanned Leather, 4 Oz (1.4 - 1.6mm) and leather 4 -5 Oz (1.8 - 2.0 mm) for getting the best result.

The tools required are:

- a regular cutter,

- a hole puncher,

- edge beveller

- two needles

- hammer

Due to the possible minimum differences in the distance between the holes, we recommend using single hole punch (PDF file).

HARDWARE:
- 51 rivets 9mm
- 14 x O-ring (32mm)
- 4 x buckle 25mm
- 4 x belt loop 25mm

IMPORTANT: Before You will start cutting the leather, PLEASE!!! stick the pattern for the belt together and check if it fits to You by applying it to Your waist. Don‘t cut the leather until You will find the size which fits You.
