Leather Mail Bag Pattern: PDF & DXF Template for Postman Bag

Leather pattern PDF (A4 and US LETTER) and DXF for laser cutting for leather mail bag, postman bag, training bag, travel bag. This the bag with one pocket and with the shoulder strap.

I recommend to use:
6 Oz (2 mm - 2.2 mm) natural veg tanned leather
110 cm x 85 cm / 43.30'' x 33.46''
Leather 0.8 mm - 1mm
68cm x 31 cm / 26.77'' x 12.20''
Leather 1.4 - 1.6mm
74 cm x 33 cm / 29.13'' x 12.99''
Leather 2.8 - 3mm
60 cm x 18 cm / 23.62'' x 7.08''
plus leather for the strap
I used the threads 0.8mm

Due to the possible minimum differences in the distance between the holes, we recommend using single hole punch. (PDF template)

The tools required are:
- a regular cutter,

- a hole puncher,

- edge beveller,

- two needles,

- hammer,

Hardware:
- 2 x lobster clasp 25mm
- 2 x D-ring 25mm
- 1 x buckle 25mm
- 1 x buckle loop 25mm
- 2 x buckle 38mm
- 2 x buckle loop 38mm
- 2 x snap 13mm
- 14 rivets
- 2 x Aluminium round bar 400 mm x 10mm

Dimensions of the finished product:
L:56 cm x H:27 cm x D:17 cm / L:22.04'' x H:10.62'' X D:6.69'' plus strap
