I recommend using thick natural leather 5-6 Oz (2.0-2.4 mm thick Vegetable Tanned Leather or chrome leather) for getting the best result, and 2-3 Oz (1.0 - 1.2 mm for handle cover)
The tools required are:
- a regular cutter,
- a hole puncher,
- edge beveller
- two needles
- hammer
Hardware for the bag
- 2 x D-ring 20mm
- 2 x buckle 20 mm
- 2 x snaps
- 1 x buckle 32mm
- 2 x rectangle D-ring
- 2 x lobster clasps
- 1 x aluminum sheet 300 x 150 x 1 mm (11.81'' x 5.90'' x 0.039''). The aluminum sheet is highly recommended by us to avoid deformation of the bag flap, especially when carrying heavy things but is not essential
-1 x Protective bag size ; 27x16x12 cm
Due to the possible minimum differences in the distance between the holes, we recommend using single hole punch.
