I recommend using thick natural leather6 Oz (2.4 thick Vegetable Tanned Leather ) for getting the best result, for the suspenders 9 Oz ( 3.6 mm).
The tools required are:
- a regular cutter,
- a hole puncher,
- edge beveller
- two needles
- hammer
Due to the possible minimum differences in the distance between the holes, we recommend using single hole punch.
Hardware for the backpack:
- 2 x buckle (25 mm)
- 2 x buckle (20mm)
- 3 x D-ring (25 mm)
- 4 x bag clasps (25mm)
- 22 x rivet
- 10 x domed double cap rivets ( 9mm)
Dimensions of the finished backpack:
30 cm x 26 cm x 12 cm (with the front pocket) / 11.81'' x 10.23'' x 4.72'' (with the front pocket) + suspenders as long as You need
Measurement of the leather You will need to finish this project:
67 cm x 85 cm / 26.37'' x 33.46'' + leather for suspenders as long as You need
